By booking a service with Peak Lighting Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.
1. Booking & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your installation date.
Deposits allow us to order materials and hold your spot on our calendar.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation and your approval of the work.
2. Payment
We accept payment via cash, check, or major credit cards.
Full payment must be made at the time of completion unless prior arrangements have been made.
A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied every 30 days past due.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of installation may forfeit the deposit, as materials and labor have been scheduled.
If weather or unforeseen events require rescheduling, Peak Lighting Co. will work with you to find the next available date.
4. Installation & Materials
Peak Lighting Co. uses commercial-grade lighting and installation materials to ensure durability and safety.
All lights remain the property of Peak Lighting Co unless purchased outright by the customer (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for providing access to power sources and for notifying us of any electrical issues before installation.
5. Maintenance & Service Calls
If a bulb or strand stops working during the season, Peak Lighting Co. will provide maintenance and replacement at no extra charge within 24–48 hours of notification (weather permitting).
Damage caused by outside interference (pets, landscapers, weather events beyond normal wear) may incur a small service fee for repair or replacement.
6. Takedown
Peak Lighting Co will remove lights after the holiday season at no additional cost unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
We will schedule takedown dates in advance and notify you before our arrival.
7. Liability
Our team follows strict safety protocols during installation.
Peak Lighting Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, or landscaping that may be affected by installation or takedown.
Customers must ensure that power outlets and wiring are in a safe, working condition prior to installation.
8. Warranties & Guarantees
All installations are guaranteed to work properly for the duration of the season.
Our work is warrantied against installation defects.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
